We focus on premium quality and customer satisfaction. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to assist you.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unstitched, unwashed & undamaged
  • Must include original tags & packaging
  • Order number + reason is required for return approval

🚫 Not eligible: stitched, altered, washed, worn, damaged, sale or promotional items, accessories & free gifts

🔄 Exchanges

  • Allowed only if stock is available
  • If unavailable → Store Credit will be issued

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds issued after quality check
  • Refund type: Store Credit / Coupon Code
  • Shipping & COD fee are non-refundable

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customer will pay return shipping charges
  • If item is wrong or defective → shipping covered by us

🛒 Order Cancellation

  • Possible only before dispatch
  • Once shipped → cancellation not allowed
